Chencho Gyeltshen is the founder of Kingdom of Happiness Tours, a licensed Bhutanese tour operator based in Thimphu. He served Bhutan as a civil servant before starting the company in 2018, and still plans itineraries himself and meets guests at Paro whenever he can. He works with a small team of Department of Tourism licensed guides and prefers a handful of unhurried private trips to high-volume tourism.
